Note: Prerequisite for this set is the basic program SET-01 Base
The SET-51 Audit Logs function logs all actions and activities in EasyTouch to guarantee full monitoring
Audit Trail: All actions will be stored in the system in a tamper-proof memory and are audit trail compliant, to fulfil the highest security standards. This is vital in critical sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, the manufacture of food-related products and the automotive and aviation industries, where comprehensive documentation of weighing processes is essential
Login and Logout: Each login and logout in EasyTouch will be logged with the user name and time stamp
User administration: All actions relating to the creation, modification or deletion of users will be reliably logged in the Audit Log
User roles: User role administration will be documented, including creation, modification or deletion of roles
Master data management: Changes to master data such as creation, modification or deletion will also be recorded
Logging of measuring data: All measurement and weighing results from all active EasyTouch functions (here from Batch and Statistics) are also recorded in audit logs
Software settings: Modifications to the general settings, including the Admin area, will be noted in the Audit Log
