In combination with the KERN SXC food scale, the EasyTouch SET 08 Take-Out is the ideal portion weighing balance for cafeterias and canteen kitchens: Individual portions are weighed through removal from a large source container which is on the balance and put straight onto the plates. The advantage: Portioning is accurate and there is no need to weigh the plates either, which simplifies the process significantly
If too much or too little is removed from the source container, the software immediately indicates this so that the quantity can be adjusted
In addition the software indicates how many portions are still left in the source container, which enables efficient planning. It is therefore made clear, in good time, when the container needs to be refilled
Documentation occurs automatically: The weight of each portion is saved and can be printed out if required. This ensures that no portion which is too small comes out of the process undetected
